Tired hands

Hello world!
It's me again. Most of the time I'm to tired of being on the computer to want to type when I get home from work. But today I will type a little bit.
Recently I was reunited with my college best friend Shannon. Here we are snowshoeing...

Isn't it fun how *#??;)  years can go by and it is like you've never been apart? That is how it is with Shannon and I. Two peas in a pod. She gave me her Book of Mormon which is how I ended up praying and asking God if it was true and joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints which changed my life a lot and I couldn't be more grateful.

I still haven't written here about my trip to Europe but here is a cool photo of where I first saw the Alps! They are truly awe-some. Now that some months have gone by I can think of my trip without remembering how hot and humid and miserable it was most of the time there during the record heat wave. I did jump start my weight loss plan though so that was cool.

We recently were blessed with our fourth grandson! Lewis is just as cute as can be and loved by all of his extended family. He is growing much too fast of course and his mom and dad are doing fantastic work together learning how to balance parenthood, marriage, & Spence finishing school.

I took some fun pics of Feli when we were down at BYU to see the baby, can I just say how fantastic it is to see one's children become parents and build upon the legacy we gave them? All three of our kids and their spouses are loving and devoted parents and it warms my heart every time I think about it. True joy.

Tori has only about 3 months left of her mission which is crazy! She's busy trying to decide what path to take afterward right now. We are so lucky to have this angel daughter in our home as she serves the Lord.

OK time to run. I'll try to get back soon!
